All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
We partner with a U.S.-based print-on-demand provider with headquarters and primary production facilities in Norcross, Georgia, and an additional facility in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.
All production and shipping take place within the United States, ensuring fast and reliable delivery for our U.S. customers.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (2-6 business days) – $1.99
✅ Free Shipping Offer: We offer unlimited free shipping on orders of 2 or more phone cases. The discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code required!
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details and contact the carrier first.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
• If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at sublime@husecolorate.ro, and we will assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
